This  model has some problems because double mesh and UV bugs. Fixed by me, but still has some bugs (look ugly with SA::Render - not smoothed) but ok with ENB or regular GTA San Andreas.
Normal maps included.

      Thk. I just check it. It seem that model has a lot of bugs/problems (double mesh and uv problems).
      Maybe if i have better version or able to fix that model
