    if possible, maybe later. Not promise, though....
    This answer for everyone too, including request mod and fixing dead links. Recently my PC got problem so I can't do nothing until it get repaired.

      You need GTA SA v 1.0 and compatible operating system for modding (Windows 7)

      You will have difficulty if using STEAM version or new windows (like windows 10). need to downgrade and make various efforts to make it work.

      If you want to try, download GTA MOL 1.0 alpha in this article
