1. Replace or add 4 files [ydd, ytd, yft, ymt] with OPENIV in Edit Mode:

A.
1. original rpf file (located in) :
x64e.rpf - models/cdimages/componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf
2. DLC files in
update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf - x64/models/cdimages/patchday3ng.rpf

or
B.  if you using mods folder (OPENIV) (located in) :
1. mods/x64e.rpf - models/cdimages/componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf
2. DLC files in
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf - x64/models/cdimages/patchday3ng.rpf


2. Spawn Kamen Rider Ex-Aid with trainer (for example Simple Native Trainer).
