Neji Hyūga (日向ネジ, Hyūga Neji) is one of the main supporting characters of Naruto series. He is a jōnin-level shinobi of Konohagakure's Hyūga clan and a member of Team Guy, with Rock Lee and Tenten as his team-mates. He is also a member of the Second Division of the Allied Shinobi Forces.

    hello yuniwii..
    i have this friend interested in making naruto mods for gta..
    he wants to add these models with the cell shading effect just like u did..
    can i have you in contact plz?

    I only rig models from other game (Naruto) that already have cel shading effects to GTA San Andreas.
    I unable to make my own cel shading effects, it's still difficult for me.
